MOVE IN HOURS:
  • Friday - January 31st, 2025: 8:00am - 7:00pm

  • Saturday - February 1st, 2025: 7:30am - 9:00am PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED!                  (no driving into building on Saturday)

SHOW HOURS:
  • Saturday February 1st, 2025: Open to vendors: 7:30am - 8pm. Open to public: 9am - 7pm.

  • Sunday February 2nd, 2025:   Open to vendors: 7:30am - 8pm.  Open to public: 9am - 4pm.

BOOTH RENTAL BY VENDOR CATEGORY:

Motorcycle Parts/MC/Organization Vendors:
  • Each Main level 10x10 inline booth costs $165.

  • Each Main level 10x10 corner booth costs $210.

  • Each Main level 15x15 booth in the Silver section costs $260.

  • Each Lower level 10x10 booth in the Green/Red section costs $150.

 

​Craft/Retail Vendors:

  • Each Main level 10x10 inline booth costs $195.

  • Each Main level 10x10 corner booth costs $250.

  • Each Main level 15x15 booth in the Silver section costs $330.

  • Each Lower level 10x10 booth in the Green/Red section costs $155.​​

 

Commercial Vendors:

  • Each Main level 10x10 inline booth costs $350.

  • Each Main level 10x10 corner booth costs $400.

  • Each Main level 15x15 booth in the Silver section costs $500.

  • Each Lower level 10x10 booth in the Green/Red section costs $275.

 

Vatos Y Viclas Vendors:

  • Each 10x10 booth of any kind in the Vatos Y Viclas section costs $165.

 

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:

  • $25 discount per booth with registration and payment by November 15th.

  • $15 discount per booth when purchasing 8-9 booths.

  • $25 discount per booth when purchasing 10+ booths.

PASSES & VENDOR PARKING:
  • 2 weekend (Fri- Sun) Vendor Passes are included with the first booth plus 1 extra pass for each additional booth.

  • 1 weekend (Fri-Sun) Vendor Parking Pass is included for up to 3 booths plus 1 extra pass for 4+ booths.

  • Extra weekend Vendor passes are $20 each (Limit of 4 extra per booth)

  • Extra Weekend Parking passes are $20 each (Limit of 2 extra per booth)

    • Extra Vendor and Parking passes are limited, so will only be available while supplies last.

  • Electrical in booth - $50 per outlet (must be purchased in advance)

  • Wi-fi access - $30

  • 8’ Rectangular Table - $15 in advance ($20 at the event)

Insurance
INSURANCE:

 

VENDOR INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THE 2025 EXPO. THE REQUIREMENTS ARE:

​

A $1MM combined single limit of liability for bodily injury/property damage claims, personal/advertising liability, and products/completed operations. Policy general aggregate of at least $1MM and fire legal damage with a limit of at least $100,000.

 

If you already have insurance that will cover you for the event, you just need to have your agent name the parties below as additional insureds and send the certificate to us at:

If you don’t already have insurance that will cover you for the event, we have partnered with an outside company to provide you with insurance at the lowest possible cost, around $50+ fees. The process to sign up is simple and the certificates will automatically be sent to us upon completion. Click the "Get Insurance" button below.  **Note: Do not select "Other" under type of operation. Select Individual/Sole Proprietor if you are not a "company".**
